2024年11月1日以降、ニセコ町の宿泊税条例の施行に伴い、ご宿泊されるすべてのお客様を対象に宿泊税が課税されております。
この度、北海道全域に宿泊税条例の施行に伴い、2026年4月1日以降、ニセコ町宿泊税と合わせて北海道宿泊税が課税されることとなりました。

宿泊税はご宿泊料金に対し、1名１泊毎に課税されます。

宿泊税はご宿泊料金とは別に条例に基づき、各宿泊施設が徴収いたします。

・ 宿泊税における宿泊料金とは、食事料金等を含まない、素泊まりの料金をいいます。

・ インターネットでご予約いただく場合、表示される合計金額に宿泊税は含まれて

　 おりませんので、別途お支払いいただく必要がございます。

※事前決済でお申込みいただいたご予約も、宿泊税はチェックアウトの際にご負担をお願い致します。

Accommodation tax will be levied on all guests staying overnight starting November 1, 2024, in accordance with the enforcement of the Niseko Town Accommodation Tax Ordinance.
Hokkaido Accommodation Tax will also be levied starting April 1, 2026, in accordance with the enforcement of the Hokkaido Accommodation Ordinance.

 

Accommodation tax will be levied on all guests staying overnight.

Accommodation tax is levied on the accommodation fee per person per night.

Accommodation tax is collected separately from the accommodation fee by each accommodation facility based on the ordinance.
